1. Can you give me an estimate over the phone for repair work?
Our team strives to give you the best, most honest assessment possible. To do this, we'll need you to bring your lawn mower or other equipment to the shop for a proper evaluation.
2. What is your service wait time?
Your wait time for lawn equipment repairs can vary depending on the time of year. During our peak season, it may take up to two weeks to complete. Make sure to give us a call to see what our times are.
3. Are you open year round?
We are open all year. In fact, we appreciate your business in the off-season to help level our work load during the busy months. Off-season is the best time to bring your equipment in for the yearly scheduled maintenance.
4. Does my manufacturer's warranty cover everything?
You'll want to consult your specific manual, but keep in mind most manufacturer's warranties will only cover certain things. The most common issues we see that aren't covered by warranty are:
-
Water, dirt, and stale fuel in the tank.
-
Bent crankshafts.
-
Wires and cables that have been damaged by an external source (such as being chewed on by an animal).
-
Lack of lubrication.
5. What can I do to help keep my equipment in the best shape possible for next year?
Proper maintenance can help keep your equipment running long into the future. The biggest mistake that most owners make is not winterizing their equipment. We suggest running your equipment out of fuel. This helps to preserve your lines and carburetor while sitting not being used.
6. Do you offer pick up and delivery options?
We do offer pick-up & delivery with in the St.Charles county area.
